Twas a fantastic Valentines day... worked then sledded then went to the Blind Cafe with Brad and friends. Read about it on Bridget's blog. http://mountain-musings.blogspot.com/2012/02/aspen-blind-cafe.html Also had a huge surprise in the paper... had a busy week at work, heard a friend who is one of the best pediatric oncology nurses I have ever met just got diagnosed this week with 2 cancers, Hodgkins lymphoma and a diffuse large B cell lymphoma... am sending him LOTS of positive vibes through the internet and ethernet... cross country skied with Clifford about 7 miles today in BEAUTIFUL weather, ate at a new Thai Restaurant in Aspen and it was fantastic and included sticky rice with mango... etc etc etc... Next week is incredibly busy for me but this week was pretty darn good for me (not for Patrick... but hopefully now that he knows what he's got he can kick butt with some CHOP-R to get on the road to recovery)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
