Core Values

This weeks installment is early but I wanted to make up for may not so cheery installment last week... here are some core values to be shared with the group we will be camping with at Burning Man later this year which I wanna incorporate it into my every day life :)

1. communication- authenticity, truthful, sincere, consideration of other, listening, understanding and being understood, willingness, open heart, gentle, sweetness, respect, direct, patience, boundaries
2. cooperation- shared responsibility, teamwork, equality, LOVE, fun, flexibility, sweetness, resolve, participation, generosity, patience
3. expression- creativity, empowerment, play, inspiration, magic, musical, FUN, freedom, spontaneity, gratitude, collective tolerance, encouragement, fostering, permission
4. integrity- honesty, being real, balance, keep your promises/word, all parts working together, predictability, doing your best, showing up
5. mentoring- inclusiveness, generosity, conscious of newbies and taking people out to the playa, modeling behavior, sharing responsibility, expectations, patience, joyful show and tell, sharing, permission, skillful mentoring, ego-less
6. logistics- plan ahead, skill, pride, craftsmanship, safety, integrity, brilliance, roles, structure, scheduling, decision making
7. safety- emotional, physical, trust-based, looking out for each other, sanctuary, home, ask permission, healing space
8. gifting- on the playa and off
